The solar trade case preliminary decision has been moved from March 28th to June 2nd. The trade commission says it’s due to “parties involved are cooperating, and investigation is complicated.” You can read into this in two ways, either the case is too complicated to determine a result in 65 days or someone is negotiating a deal in the background.
