The Attorney General has filed suit against some Chinese hackers, accusing them of targeting American Companies and foreign companies based in America. One of them is SolarWorld, who is accusing the Chinese of stealing proprietary emails. Many of you don’t remember but there remains a Federal case brought against the Chinese Government by the Solyndra Trustee that a judge has refused to dismiss. Does the hacking revelation breath new air into the Solyndra lawsuit?
