Solar is cheap and that’s a fact across borders, regardless of policy, how big the local market is or currency risk. If you haven’t read yet, solar in Brazil came in at under 9 cents per kWh for about 900MW of capacity. At some point, in the near future (I hope), we will stop hearing from consumers and politicians that solar is too expensive.
