It took forever and a day (after the State of the Union) for the Trade Commission to make the tariffs stick on imported Chinese and Taiwanese modules. A clear victory for SolarWorld (aka Qatar) but in name only. Modules from around the world and from the US are still more cost competitive and higher quality. I have always had a problem with those people that try to elevate themselves by pushing others down. We rise and fall together, build a bridge and don’t burn them is the best way forward…for everyone.
